Staff: We really appreciated the services from Sa Prunera and a few hardworking older male staff members. They always asked if we needed anything, and their service was far above the younger staff. Wi-Fi: Excellent reception and speed both indoors and outdoors. Room: Spacious, clean, and tidy. Food: Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered plenty of choices with different themes and desserts every day. Very tasty food across all restaurants. Environment: Very spacious, with lots of rooroom for kids to play. Entertainment: A variety of events and activities daily

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was the best decision we made to spend our honeymoon in THIS hotel! We were truly able to relax from the stress of our wedding preparation and to recover some much needed rest! Because everything was all inclusive, we could truly just leisurely enjoy each day peacefully! We stayed for 9 days and we didn't want to go back home! All the staff was VERY welcoming, kind, and helpful in all areas---whether it was the cleaners, the staff at the buffet or a la carte restaurants. Thank you all very much: Nora, Africa, Amber and sooo many more for making our honeymoon a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!

Everything about the hotel was perfect, I was with my partner but it's a great hotel for families too, 3 restaurants on site, entertainment for children too we could over hear at night. Food was great!!! So much choice at the buffet and good quality too, If you want to use this hotel for a clubbing style holiday it's in walking distance of Ushuia and Hii clubs and with it being all inclusive you are saving so much on the price of drinks out with. A fab hotel for us to fuel, rest, chill by the pool and go out at night.

Our first holiday with our 4 month old baby and we had a brilliant time. The resort is a short taxi ride from the airport and has easy access to the beach. The rooms were comfortable, and we were provided a cot for our baby. The food options were varied - we loved having lunch at Portofino by the beach at the sister resort and dinner at First Wine. Staff were generally friendly. The rooms were cleaned very well.

Staff all round were very fun and accommodating. Amazing facilities. Lots of options for all inclusive food and drinks, and quality was good. Room was as described and had good aircon. Facilities were clean and looked after. Good location and has easy beach access. Good value for money. Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely go back.
